Anyone run into issues with Worker nodes on VSphere having an issue with

kube-proxy

not coming back up properly with a kubeconfig file not found error in

/etc/kubernetes

? Seems to happen every time to our worker nodes now if they power down and its been a big annoyance lately. This is on Rancher
