It looks like both the hostname and the ip address changed?
You can use the --cluster-reset flag to reset the etcd cluster membership to just a single node with the current hostname an IP address
Note that RKE2 servers must have static IPs, it is not expected that either the name or address will change once the cluster has been started.

will test the rest method, and they do have static IPs. Will test the clyster rest method too. I'm suspecting that i started the first master with no explicit external and internal IP and i changed them later. when i try to rejoin the member if choses the external IP instead of the internal IP
but I think the cluster rest will solve the issue. Thank you and will update you soon!
