03/21/2023, 12:17 PMRD works fine for running containers, but if you need that GUI than maybe podman desktop might fit the need.

03/21/2023, 12:21 PMit doesn’t have kubernetes support so not a drop in for RD, but if you just want a container UI it will manage the WSL2 just like DD and RD. There are other projects out there as well that can just connect to your DOCKER_HOST and visualize what is running.

03/21/2023, 12:29 PMyou may want to create a docker context or manually create a DOCKER_HOST env var if you use tools that assume docker cli vs nerdctl https://podman-desktop.io/docs/migrating-from-docker/using-the-docker_host-environment-variable
