This message was deleted.

Either you didn't configured ssl certificate or you are using wrong public key in your kubconfug file.

I get similar message due to secret removal. Try to create secret and apply certificate if it's missing and you will have rancher back to business.

I was able to fix it byadding ssl-redirect annotation in rancher ingress as I was using aws acm cert and not the rancher generated one.
