Hi Guys, I have my existing cluster upgraded to following RKE2 version.

Container runtime: <containerd://1.6.19-k3s1>
Kubelet version: v1.24.13+rke2r1

I use http-proxy setting following the tutorial earlier by setting

--set proxy= & noProxy

as a part of rancher helm deployment earlier with

kuernetes V1.22.x

Now while I tried to upgrade rancher to

v2.6.2 or v2.7.2 or v2.7.3

, always end up failing. ``````

Hello All , I am struggling from last 15 days to add the other k8s cluster to my rancher node .Basically i have installed rancher 2.7 using helm charts and cert-manager with self signed certificate in rancher . But when i am trying to add the new cluster inside the rancher it says certificate chain is not completed .Can anyone please help me to set it up .

After upgrade rancher k8s from 1.24.6 to 1.25.9 in installed app rancher monitor chart info is missing. While Upgrading ranchermonitoring nothing is visible in drop down

Hi. In rancher v2.7.3 I'm unable to see the pods when I browse the cluster nodes. This works in v2.7.1 which I run in parallell for other clusters. RKE2 clusters only. Any advice?

Team, my rancher management cluster is accessible through the Internet like abc.com, I have a downstream cluster, not accessible to the Internet, How can I expose a service ‘hello’ from the downstream cluster to the Internet using the domain name of the management cluster, like abc.com/hello. I have Traefik ingress running on the management cluster, I see with the rancher proxy I am able to access the service but after authentication. How to access it without authentication?

I have been attempting to install Rancher Server on AKS using the instructions provided in the documentation. I have followed them to the letter, I can see everything setup in the Azure Portal but I just can’t connect to the rancher server via the hostname or public ip that was assigned to the ingress-nginx load balancer. Is there a missing step that needs to be done? I just can’t figure it out and can’t find anything online that might point me in the right direction.

Hi! Guys can you tell me how to use such matchers in route for AlertManager? If I select a matchType from the list and save the configuration, I don't see the matchType when checking the settings afterwards. In YAML, only the key and value are displayed, while the matchtype is not. If I add it to the YAML, it will be deleted from there as well without an error message after saving. Where do I mess it up? I set the following at the YAML level:

    name: severity
    matchType: '=~'
    value: 'none|info'

Hello, I am unable to install elemental extention using Rancher UI. I have Rancher setup and running in the cloud, but my nodes are in an air-gapped network that only has access to Rancher. When I run the rancher agent it is failing on the nodes setup. I don't see traffic going back to my Rancher server. What is the best approach for this type of setup?

Now I don't want my rancher UI to be publicly accessable. How do I need to modify the helm chart so that for example I can change the Racher UI listinig port from 443 to port 8080 ?

Hi, I’m currently in v2.5.12 and have upgraded Kubernetes to cluster to 1.22 which is causing Rancher to detect the cluster. If any of you have upgrade steps to 2.7 handy can you please share. I’m new to setup and I do see RKE is at 1.20.
