    I am trying Rancher and trying to create a cluster. I am using the Docker version (non-production) and have my own certificates. When I go to Global Settings, the Show cacerts is empty. I am starting Rancher mounting my cert/key in /etc/rancher/ssl, and mounting the directory that they are in at /cluster_certs. Any ideas?

    What is a good option to manage clusters in rancher(create them with some configuration and then let the cluster config evolve over time)? GUI (does not scale, no IAC, requires a lot of guides to be written), I investigated: rancher-cli (no option to use node template for nodes, no option to use a cluster template that i previously created), terraform (looks like it should be possible but the tool does not feel super easy to work with), curl+api (very custom, time consuming, hard to maintain but everything done in the UI should atleast be supported), ansible(not the correct tool to setup clusters through rancher?), fleet (not supported? no examples in the repo https://github.com/rancher/fleet-examples/, only used to manage clusters once they are there?), Other tools?. Thanks!

    We had an issue with rancher when trying to upgrade K3s, so we're attempting to restore from a backup. We created a new 2 node k3 cluster and followed the steps here. The restore operation finished but Rancher will not come back up. When I look at the Rancher pod logs I see this

    I believe c-cssrh is our RKE cluster that rancher was managing before the crash, and that we're hoping can just rejoin Rancher once we get it back up. The ip-address it's trying to connect to is a control plane in that cluster. I'm not sure what c-mmcz2 is, the ip-address it's trying to connect to is no longer around and I don't know what it was, possibly an old rancher manager and that's the name of the rancher cluster in k3s that was corrupted? Is there somewhere else to look for more detailed logs?

    Hi there, I'm trying to install Harvester on a Supermicro box, and i have a strange bug. Boot on the ISO file is ok. After i fill the HostName field, i can't move down to the Managment NIC field. I tried to hit Tab, Enter, down arrow, but i always go back to the first screen : "Choose installation method". I think it's a stupid problem but i don't know how to workaround. If anybody got a solution i will be happy to know it. Thanks in advance

I installed Rancher Desktop. Diagnostic says there are no problems. But when I issue a docker command, e.g. docker help, it just hangs forever. My Container Engine is set to 'containerd' and 'kubectl' command is working fine. Anyone knows what is wrong here? Thanks.

    I've built the Rancher Cluster and I'm really grateful to use it. I have multiple GPUs on a node, and only GPU_ID 0 pods are being deployed. I would like to ask you how to solve this problem. How can I deploy nvidia-smi GPU_ID 1~3 as well? - Rancher Version: 2.6.7 - GPU-Operator Version: 22.9.0

    Hi guys, I'm trying to use the terraform resource in order to create rancher cluster and i have a private registry already existing and i want to point at it. But i'm stuck with the 
    auth_config_secret_name

    I have deployed k3d cluster 
    k3d cluster create epinio -p '80:80@loadbalancer' -p '443:443@loadbalancer'
    The deployed traefik service is not accessible via External IP. I am a bit confused, service port forward is working, external IP should be accessible from the local machine. (machine: Mac Intel). Can anyone please help

    I’ve deleted the finalizer annotations, no joy. There’s nothing running in the 
    longhorn-system
    namespace; no pods, deployments, or statefulsets.

    That’s weird. I had a similar issue, where the finalizer blocked the deletion. It looks like something is still holding up some resources related to Longhorn resources. Any objects related to PV,PVC or storageclasses?
