Hi. Have anyone encountered 404 on the ingress even after following the exact instructions as given here? -> https://docs.rancherdesktop.io/how-to-guides/setup-NGINX-Ingress-Controller

Hello, I currently have Rancher 2.6.6 running on EKS 1.22. When we attempt to use POST to /v3/monitormetrics?action=querycluster, we get the following error: { "baseType": "error", "code": "ServerError", "message": "get service account cattle-prometheus:cluster-monitoring for monitor failed, serviceaccounts \"cluster-monitoring\" not found", "status": 500, "type": "error" } We have monitoring enabled under cluster tools but I'm worried that this v3/monitormetrics is a throwback to an older pre-2.6 monitoring system that is no longer being supported in new versions. Is there an easy fix or at least a viable alternative? We really want to be able to prom query the cluster for any nodes that are running hot on CPU and up until now this has been a great way to do it. Thanks!

Hi. I'm trying to install vsphere CPI and CSI from Apps in Rancher. All vsphere-csi-controller-* pods are in CrashLoopBackOff state. In logs I see only: '1 connection.go:173] Still connecting to unix:///csi/csi.sock' and it's repeating. Any clues?

Hello. We uninstalled a very old version of Rancher from an EKS cluster and are trying to install the new version but keep getting the error below. I removed all the cattle.io CRDs and recreated the cattle-system namespace. Is there something else I need to delete?
Error: INSTALLATION FAILED: create: failed to create: Internal error occurred: failed calling webhook "<http://rancher.cattle.io|rancher.cattle.io>": Post "<https://rancher-webhook.cattle-system.svc:443/v1/webhook/mutation?timeout=10s>": service "rancher-webhook" not found

Hi, I upgraded Rancher from v2.5.3 to v2.5.16 and now the local cluster is stuck in the "configuring" state. If I try to connect to the downstream cluster using kubectl I receive the following error:
Error from server (InternalError): an error on the server ("secrets \"cattle-global-data/\" not found") has prevented the request from succeeding
Does anyone know what could cause this? Seems to me something is looking for a secret with an empty name in the namespace

In a similar fashion, do we have any ETA for support of version 1.24.6? Or is there any way to import cluster in that version? I keep getting errors when I try to import.

does rancher offer any functionality that allows me to install helm charts and such by just pushing to a git repo or would I need an external tool like ArgoCD for that?

I think this suggests some other issue in the routing before it gets to the load balancer.... but we've no idea how we can see how that is routing

Hi, Looking for help on Rancher Desktop install for MacOS 12.6.1. I’ve downloaded the latest version 1.6.2 dmg and installed it but when trying to install nerdctl I don’t see any option to activate/install it in the dashboard or Preferences. In the docs its says: After Rancher Desktop is installed, users will have access to these supporting utilities: • Helm • kubectl • nerdctl • docker (moby) So where do I find these utilities to activate/install?

Has anyone been able to use the OKE driver with Rancher 2.6.9? Whenever I try to deploy a cluster using this driver, it gets most of the way through and then stops with this error:
